Filters remove water, dirt and other harmful debris from an air system. This is often the first step in improving the air quality. Regulators adjust and control the air pressure of a system to ensure that down-line components do not exceed their maximum operating pressures. This is the second step in the FRL system. Lubricators reduce the internal friction in tools or equipment by releasing a controlled mist of oil into the compressed air. This is often done last and/or right before the component needing lubrication. Product Specifications Style Pack of 1 Specification for this product family Brand Name Elephant Number of Items 1 Part Number 7865467899897 Installation and Operating: Preparation The assembly of all calibrations shall meet the maximum flow requirement. Please clean the port and fitting before installation, it will effectively avoid bringing dust to the air path. Pay attention to the direction of airflow and arrow pointing on product body if correct, minding port and thread size if match. Dial Reading Make sure that the pressure gauge is tightly installed on the main body, and pay attention to whether the reading rises and falls smoothly while adjusting pressure. Refueling Rotates refueling screw clockwise, oil you add should not exceed 80% of the bowl. After refueling, please tighten the refueling screw. Oil Adjustment Rotate the needle valve in the “ ” direction to increase the oil absorption speed, and it will slow down or stop when you rotate to the “-” direction. Drainage The drainage column will automatically excrete if there is no pressure, and it will close during the air flow passing. When the water level is beyond the upper limit, drainage is necessary, otherwise, that will cause poor dehumidification. Pressure Adjustment Pull up the knob of the pressure gauge, rotate: If you do clockwise rotation, pressure will rise steadily. Pressure will down when you rotate counterclockwise. Stop turning after reaching the required index and lock down the knob, forget this step you may face a leakage problem. Pressure Regulating Step Step 1 Hold the Spin Button and Pull Up. Step 2 Turn the Rotary Button to Adjust the Pressure. Step 3 The Value Can Be Checked by the Pressure Gauge. Step 4 Press the Button to Lock the Pressure. Product description : Air leaving a compressor is hot, dirty, and full of moisture, which can damage and shorten the life of downstream equipment, such as valves, cylinders, and pneumatic air tools. Before this air can be used, it needs to be cleaned and lubricated. This 3 stage combination unit does exactly that. An airline filter cleans compressed air. It strains the air, traps solid particles (dust, dirt, rust), and separates liquids (water, oil). Filter (stage 1) is installed in the airline upstream of regulators, lubricators, directional control valves, and air-driven devices and tools.
